Superior vena cava syndrome revealing a Behçet’s disease

Abstract: IntroductionBehçet’s disease (BD) is a rare vasculitis in sub-Saharan Africa. Vascular thrombosis, especially venous, is common in this condition and also constitutes a basic diagnostic criterion.
