Abstract:Superior keratoconus (SKC) is a rare subtype of KC characterized by corneal steepening in the superior region, which may mimic other ocular surface irregularities. These irregularities can arise from contact lens warpage, upper lid ptosis, superficial corneal scars, Terrien's marginal degeneration (TMD), and dry eyes.
