Superhydrophobic surfaces with recirculating interfacial flow due to surfactants are ‘effectively’ immobilized

Abstract: At high surface Péclet numbers, it is common to associate the presence of surfactants with surface immobilization, where a free surface becomes indistinguishable from a no-slip surface.
