Superconductivity and Shubnikov - de Haas effect in polycrystalline Cd3As2 thin films

Abstract: In this study we observed the reproducible superconducting state in Cd 3 As 2 thin films without any external stimuli. Comparison with our previous results reveals similar qualitative behavior for films synthesized by different methods, while the difference in the values of the critical parameters clearly shows the possibility to control this state. The X-ray diffraction measurements demonstrate the presence of the tetragonal Cd 3 As 2 crystal phase in studied films. Measurements of high-field magnetoresistanc… Show more

“…As shown in Figure 2F , the small-angle region shows irregular signals at 8.9°, 12.3°, 24.6°, and 27.2°, corresponding to d spacing values of 9.6, 7.2, 3.6, and 3.2 Å, respectively. This result indicates that NAAPD gel is a polycrystalline structure (Tripathi et al, 2014 ; Oveshnikov et al, 2020 ).…”

“…In mentioned above paper by Fietz and Webb [6], authors proposed to use a scaling in form of power law for the pinning force Fp vs reduced magnetic field B/Bc2. This approach is in a wide use since then [13][14][15][16][17][18], as well as decomposition of complicated temperature dependences in superconductivity and normal conductors in a sum of reduced polynomic values [19,20]. Thus, it is very convenient to use analytical form for hardness vs strain function in a form:…”
