Abstract: Executive SummaryMotivated by the goal of finding improved catalysts for low-temperature conversion of light alkanes into fuel components or precursors of fuel components, we have investigated sulfated zirconia and promoted sulfated zirconia for conversion of butane, propane, and ethane.
