Abstract: Purpose The aim of this study was to describe a modified technique for accurate deployment of the Supera stent under ultrasound (US) guidance for complex lesions involving superficial femoral artery (SFA) ostium without jailing profunda femoral artery (PFA) by retrograde approach.
