Super-resolution mass spectrometry enables rapid, accurate, and highly-multiplexed proteomics at the MS2-level

Abstract: The complementary reporter ion approaches overcome the ratio-compression problem of multiplexed proteomics and enhance the accuracy of protein quantification at the MS2 level.
