Abstract:The article considers the possibilities of environmental protection from agricultural waste - sunflower husks. A technology for processing this waste from the oil extraction industry into a feed product using ultrasonic treatment (cavitation) is proposed. The chemical changes of this product after processing, including nutritional value, were studied.
