SUN-574 Exogenous Iodine Supplementation-Induced Thyroid Storm in a Patient with Multinodular Goiter

Abstract: Introduction: Iodine is an essential micronutrient for thyroid hormone synthesis. Its primary source is fortified foods. Supraphysiologic doses of iodine are often found in iodine supplements that are advertised to support thyroid metabolism and reduce goiter size.
