SUN-196 Persistent Hyperkalemia After Unilateral Adrenalectomy for Aldosteronoma

Abstract: Introduction Following unilateral adrenalectomy, some patients experience persistent hyperkalemia. This has been attributed to hypoaldosteronism due to severe suppression of aldosterone synthesis in the contralateral adrenal gland.
