Summary of Anticholinergic Pharmacotherapy Available for Overactive Bladder Dysfunction

Abstract: Bladder over activity affects many individuals worldwide. Anticholinergic therapy has become standard first-line pharmacotherapy for overactive bladder dysfunction after failure of conservative measures.
