Abstract:This review focused on the potential applications of sulfonated carbon–based heterogeneous acid catalysts for the hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass (LCB) fuel feedstock and the development of membrane electrode assembly (MEA) for the direct biomass redox flow fuel cell (DBRFFC).
