Abstract:Sulfameter (sulfamethoxydiazine, Sulla) is a safe Iong-aeting sulfonamide of low toxicity. It can maintain blood and urinary sulfonamide levels, with 5 per cent acetylation in the blood and 20·30 per cent acetylation in the urine.
