Sudden Onset Unilateral Pulmonary Oedema during Thoracotomy

Abstract: Sudden onset of frank pulmonary oedema intraoperatively is a rare and worrying occurrence. We wish to report a case of unilateral pulmonary oedema that occurred during thoracotomy, and discuss the possible mechanisms.
