Abstract:Gastric cancer (GC) is a globally prevalent and deadly malignancy often diagnosed at advanced stages, which can be accompanied by liver metastases. Conventional chemotherapy is contraindicated in patients with severe liver failure because several chemotherapeutic agents are metabolized by the liver.
