Abstract:Periodic fever with aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis, and adenitis (PFAPA) syndrome is an autoimmune disorder and the most common disorder characterized by periodic fever in children. A male patient has been followed up from 11 months to 10 years of age because of repeated high fever.
