Successful Surgical Treatment of Advanced Erythema Elevatum Diutinum

Abstract: Erythema elevatum diutinum is a rare, chronic cutaneous vasculitis that presents with plaques or nodules on the extensor surfaces of extremities. Although the exact pathogenesis is unknown, patients usually have an underlying systemic medical problem such as malignancy, autoimmune disease or HIV.
