Successful Pregnancy after Heart‐Lung Transplantation: A Case Report

Abstract: A successful pregnancy outcome in a patient with previous heart-lung transplantation is reported. A 22-year-old primigravid woman received heart-lung transplantation for Eisenmenger's ASD and conceived 22 months postoperatively. She had been continuously treated with cyclosporine, azathioprine and prednisone during pregnancy. Her antenatal course was uneventful.
