Abstract:Deletions in the 11p region can lead to severe outcomes, such as WAGR (Wilms tumor, aniridia, genitourinary anomalies, and mental retardation) syndrome. However, velopharyngeal insufficiency is little known, and its treatment guideline is yet to be established.
