Successful management of Stanford type A aortic dissection with severe scoliosis in the setting of Marfan syndrome: a case report

Abstract: Background: Marfan syndrome (MFS) is a connective tissue disorder involving multiple organs. The most severe complications include aortic root dilatation and dissection.
