Successful management of several types of fascicular ventricular tachycardias in an 1-year old girl using a combined pharmacological and invasive approach

Abstract: Idiopathic fascicular ventricular tachycardia (VT), which in most cases is sensitive to verapamil, is eliminated with high efficiency using radiofrequency ablation (RFA). In this case, we would like to demonstrate our experience of the effective use of catheter RFA in a 12-month-old child who suffered from frequent recurrent VT paroxysms accompanied by syncope.
