Successful management of aorto-conduit fistula after esophagectomy: Tips and tricks to avoid catastrophe

Abstract: Aorto-conduit fistula (ACF) is a rare and morbid complication after esophagectomy. We present the case of a successful multidisciplinary rescue and repair of an ACF.
