Successful endoscopic submucosal dissection of colorectal lipoma with an overlying adenoma

Abstract: We report the case of a 65‐year‐old woman whose colonoscopy revealed a soft submucosal tumor approximately 7 cm in diameter in the ascending colon with an overlying flat lesion. The tumor was diagnosed as a lipoma with an overlying adenoma. Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) was performed.
