Abstract:Although afferent loop syndrome associated with gastric cancer often requires surgical treatment, it remains unclear whether invasive procedures are appropriate for terminal cancer patients. Case : A 57-year-old man had undergone Roux-en Y reconstruction for distal gastrectomy.
