Abstract:Postoperative benign esophageal anastomotic leakage and stenosis are common complications after esophagectomy. Treatment options for anastomosis stenosis include endoscopic mechanical dilation, dilation-combined steroid injection, incisional therapy, stent placement, and self-bougienage.
