Subtype-selective blockade of cardiac muscarinic receptors inhibits vagal chronotropic responses in cats

Abstract: This study was designed to determine if chronotropic responses induced by neurally released acetylcholine are modified by subtype-selective blockade of cardiac muscarinic cholinoreceptors.
