Abstract: The influence of subsyndromal mood symptoms (SSMS) on cognition and psychosocial functioning of euthymic bipolar patients remains unclear. Viewpoints vary from minor to major influence of SSMS, but seem to be dependent on the methodological choices of the respective researchers.
