Substrate Specificity for Enzymic Glucuronidation of 24R,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 and Related Compounds

Abstract: 24R ,25(OH) 2 D 3 ] is one of the major metabolites of vitamin D 3 , which is being examined as an anti-osteoporosis medicine 1 , and much interest is focused on the metabolism of 24R,25(OH) 2 D 3 .
