Subscapularis Lengthening with Synthetic Augmentation for Reversal of Putti-Platt Procedure: A Case Report

Abstract: Introduction: The Putti-Platt procedure is a historical technique for anterior shoulder stabilization, largely abandoned because it severely restricts movement, and causes arthritis and chronic pain.
