Submitral left ventricular pseudoaneurysm after mitral valve replacement

Abstract: A 60-year-old woman who underwent mitral valve replacement 3 months ago gradually developed dyspnea on exertion.Catheterization showed a large posterolateral left ventricular aneurysm (Fig. 1).
