Sublingual misoprostol to reduce blood loss at caesarean delivery

Abstract: Background: Caesarean section is the most common obstetrical procedure performed worldwide. Sometimes oxytocin alone is not sufficient to prevent postpartum haemorrhage and additional uterotonics may be required.
