Sublingual hypoglossal neurilemmoma. Case report

Abstract: Neurilemmomas of the peripheral segment of the hypoglossal nerve are extremely uncommon neoplasms. A rare case of hypoglossal neurilemmoma located in the sublingual space is reported and the differential diagnosis of sublingual mass lesions is discussed.
