Subglacial hydrology and drumlin sediments in connemara, western ireland

Abstract: Sediment-cored drumlins are uncommon across the glacially eroded granite bedrock of Connemara (west County Galway, western Ireland). This paper describes the internal sediments from two significant drumlin exposures at Ardmore and Ballyconneely.
