Subcutaneous mycoses in Peru: a systematic review and meta‐analysis for the burden of disease

Abstract: Sporotrichosis is the most common subcutaneous mycosis in Peru, with a high disease burden in Apurimac. Chromoblastomycosis, lobomycosis, and subcutaneous phaeohyphomycosis are rare mycoses in Peru.
