Subclinical systolic dysfunction by speckle tracking echocardiography in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract: Background We aimed to compare the prevalence of subclinical left ventricular systolic dysfunction in Hispanic systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients versus healthy controls.
