Abstract:Subacute cardiac tamponade is a diagnostic challenge for clinicians because the symptoms would be nonspecific upon presentation. The onset of cardiac tamponade may vary depending on the rate of accumulation and compensatory mechanism of the fibroelastic pericardial sac.
