Abstract: Unresolved epiphora in childhood is one of the most frequent issues in paediatric ophthalmology. In this context, connatal nasolacrimal duct obstruction (CNLDO) is the most important differential diagnosis and the condition is caused by a persistent Hasner's membrane in most cases.
