Studying the Law of the Movement of Cotton Particle on a Saw Cylinder and the Interaction with Saw Teeth

Abstract: This article investigates the movement trajectory of the cotton particle from Point D of belt transporter of the saw gin camera to Point B of the saw cylinder. In other words, the forces acting on the cotton particle and the equations of their interactions are developed, where, the differential equation of the law of movement of the cotton particle "belt + saw" is made according to the d'Alembert principle. Arc-BD of cotton particle gives the length of the arc of their fall on the saw teeth. The maximum separa… Show more

“…The studies also explored ways to ensure that the working processes of the saw cylinder were uniform [10,11]. Theoretical studies have taken into account the resistance forces generated during the separation of fiber from seed cotton in the form of resistance moments to the performance of the saw cylinder.…”

“…The amount of bending of the yarns depends on many factors: the thickness of the weft and warp yarns; to yarn stiffness; type of weaving; density on the weft and warp; to the tension of the yarns during weaving. [8][9][10][11]]…”

“…The amount of sizing can be real and superficial. Usually, in conditions of weaving enterprises, the amount of dressing is set at the level of 0.5-12%, which is determined by the type of fiber, the degree of twisting of a single yarn, linear density, density of the fabric on the weft and the warp yarn, and also by the type of weaving [15][16][17][18][19].…”
