STUDY ON THE RATIONALIZATION OF CONVENTIONAL WOODEN HOUSES : Relationship between building systems for rationalization and the construction cost construction period

Abstract

The purpose Df this study is to grasp the present state of bunding cost and duration in the rationalized building systems ． We made inquiries for enter− prises ， and then we compared c 〔 ｝ nventional wooden houses with houses bui 【 t of the building systems f ( 〕r rationalization 、 As a result， we fbund out that many enterprises expected not cost reduction but period reduction ofbui 藍 ding systems forrationalization ， and that actually ratienalization were not effective in cost reducdon because of increase in鉛ctory labours ． We clarified they are eff ヒ ctive in period reducti 〔 ｝ n and ma 皿一 hGur reduction on site．
