Study on the Preparation of Special Wettability Nanofiber Membranes and Its Application in Oil-water Separation

Abstract

The effective separation of oily wastewater not only effectively avoids the environmental pollution problems caused by direct discharge, but also enables the recycling of oil and water resources, so the research of materials for separating oily wastewater is particularly important for saving resources and protecting the environment. Membrane separation technology is considered to be the most promising method for effective treatment of oily wastewater due to its flexible operation and high efficiency. Special wettability nanofiber membrane materials have superhydrophobic/superoleophilic or superhydrophilic/superoleophobic properties, which have led to widespread interest in the research of oil-water separation applications. This paper summarizes and concludes the application of different types of special infiltrative nanofiber membrane materials in the field of oil-water separation, points out the problems in the separation process, and finally gives an outlook on its future development direction.
