Study on the liquid water sloshing in two- and three-dimensional models

Abstract: Abstract. Liquid sloshing in tanks has many important applications in a variety of engineering fields. In this study, based on a CFD solver, a numerical model is developed to study the liquid water sloshing in two-and three-dimensional tanks. The VOF method is used to capture the fluid interface.
