“…1241 cm −1 is the characteristic peak caused by the antisymmetric stretching vibration of the aromatic ether C−O−C. 36,37 The above peak positions reflect the PESU structural characteristics. With the increase of the content of the inorganic filler phase, the peak position of PESU is still clearly visible without a significant shift.…”

“…14 Kang et al prepared BaTiO 3 @TiO 2 nanowires (NWs) with a core−shell structure by modifying high-k and low-conductivity BaTiO 3 (BT) nanoparticles (NPs) onto TiO 2 NWs, which were used to improve the electrical energy storage capacity of PVDF-HFP. 36 Combining the above analysis, this paper introduces three inorganic filler phases of BN, BT, and TiO 2 into the PESU matrix. The electrical properties of the composite dielectric with different filling contents have been explored for the polarization characteristics of the composite dielectric prepared using different filler phases and the PESU matrix.…”

“…3 Organic/inorganic composites are some of the most extensively studied HDMs as they combine the merits of both components, such as enhanced dielectric properties, outstanding thermal stabilities, bio-compatibility, light weight, low cost and remarkable processing properties. [4][5][6][7] Ferroelectric ceramics such as lead-free barium titanate (BaTiO 3 , BTO) have long been of interest as llers for high dielectric composites. 8,9 This is due to their high dielectric constant (as high as 7000), 10 low dissipation, impressive piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties.…”

“…Among these polymers, polyethersulfone (PES) can be regarded as an important kind of special thermoplastic engineering plastics, which has attracted increasing research interests because of its desirable comprehensive properties . To enrich and broaden the application ranges of PES composites, a number of reinforcing fillers including Ba 0.95 Ca 0.05 Ti 0.8 Zr 0.2 O 3 , barium titanate , CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 , multiwalled carbon nanotubes , and so on, have been investigated to strength the stability of dielectric properties and simultaneously to promote the increase of thermal decomposition temperatures. In addition to the aforementioned fillers, aluminosilicate fiber (AF) exhibits a lot of distinguishing features, such as high specific strength, strong wear resistance, good thermal stability, and low cost, which makes it as the popular reinforcing fiber in the preparation of thermal insulating materials .…”
