Study on Parameters of MEMS Planar Zigzag Slot for Fuze

Abstract: This paper has proposed a MEMS planar zigzag slot for fuze to discriminate between drop impact acceleration and smooth start acceleration. It can fulfill the requirements that fuze power should be activated reliably in smooth start environment and kept off in service handling environment.
