Study on Approach to Data Modeling for Sharing and Openness

Abstract: Abstract. This study presents a BEE data modeling approach to enhance the level of data sharing and openness in an e-government environment. The data model established by the BEE approach is capable of increasing the rate of data co-utilization even in an information system with a different purpose and environment.
