Study on a micro radiation probe with high SNR based on CdZnTe detector

Abstract: In this paper, we develop a micro radiation probe with a CdZnTe detector. To obtain a high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) performance, circuit simulation and analysis were performed before circuit design, to evaluate the signal characters and frequency response of the electronic design.
