Study of the Tensile and Bending Stiffness Behavior of Antistatic and Antibacterial Knitted Fabrics

Abstract: The influence of fabric treatments, fabric structure and yarn composition on the strength, elasticity and bending stiffness behavior of developed antistatic knitted fabrics was investigated for daily wear clothing. 1×1 rib knit fabrics showed higher elongation and strength than half-Milano rib knit fabrics, with high elongation in the wale direction of the fabrics.
