“…Since a smaller content of sulphur was found on the S-and SWtreated parent b-zeolite washcoat than on the S-and SWtreated Pd/b-zeolite catalysts, it can be concluded that Pd increases the sulphur accumulation on catalyst material. According to Balle et al [28] only weakly adsorbed SO 2 has been found on Fe/HBEA by DRIFT studies, no sulphite or sulphate species were detected.
