Study of the e+e- -> hadrons reactions with CMD-3 detector at VEPP-2000 collider

Abstract: The CMD-3 detector is taking data at the VEPP-2000 e + e − collider (Budker INP, Novosibirsk, Russia). The main goal of experiments with CMD-3 is the measurement of the cross-sections and dynamics of the exclusive modes of e + e − annihilation to hadrons. In particular, these results provide an important input for calculations of the hadronic contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment. The first round of data taking with the CMD-3 detector was performed in 2011-2013 with about 60 1/pb integrated lumino… Show more

“…The CMD-3 experimental programme has already published cross section measurements for many final states (see e.g. [19][20][21]). Of these, major improvements have been seen in the measurements of the KK cross sections, with both the K + K − [22] and K 0 S K 0 L [23] analyses yielding very precise results of the narrow φ resonance that dominates in both these channels.…”

“…At present, the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 collider collects the data on the production of pp pair in e + e − annihilation at energies only slightly higher than the pair production threshold [28]. In particular, the energy resolution of this facility allows one to obtain the data between the thresholds of pp and nn pair production.…”
