Abstract:The study aimed to extract lycopene from tomato waste powder and convert it into a nanoformula using high-energy mechanical grinding technology, and its dimensions were 78nm as estimated by the scanning electron microscope (SEM). of natural lycopene and the industrial antioxidant Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT).
