Abstract:The underexpanded microjet emerging from a rectangular convergent nozzle with a high aspect ratio at the nozzle exit is investigated numerically using the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) simulation with the Menter's shear stress transport (SST) k-ω turbulence model.
